These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed with Alcoplate. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Delivery & Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Alcoplate cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, customs processes, or circumstances outside of our control. As such, we are unable to offer refunds or compensation for delivery delays once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Selecting the correct delivery method
  • Providing an accurate shipping address

We cannot accept liability for parcels delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect information supplied at checkout.

Items are only considered lost after the courier's official investigation period has passed. Replacements or refunds for lost parcels will be handled at our discretion following the courier's findings.

2. Marketing Communications

We may contact customers via email or SMS regarding orders, updates, or promotional offers.

You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time using the link provided in our messages or by contacting us directly. Please note that transactional messages relating to your order or legal obligations will still be sent where necessary.
